is the official site of Christ the Rock Fellowship. This site
is provided as a service to the public and members of Christ the Rock
Fellowship. When this site is accessed, used, or viewed, you agree
to the terms and conditions that follow. If you do not agree to these terms
and conditions, you should immediately cease all actions pertaining to this

Christ the Rock Fellowship (CTRF) and the Childrens Ministry
Kids on the Rock, are committed to protecting the privacy and
confidentiality of personal information entrusted to us. The websites
www.ctrf.com and www.kidsonchristtherock.com have special concerns about the
privacy of users who are children under the age of 18, and we comply with
applicable law regarding collection of information from children, including
the United States' Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"),
Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and
the EU Data Privacy Directive. These and other applicable laws have special
requirements regarding notification to parents and legal guardians (either
of which is called a "parent" in this policy) of what personal information
is being collected from their child and how that information is used and
shared.
Parents are strongly
encouraged to participate in their children's online activities and monitor
their children's use of emails and engagement in other electronic
communication. If you are resident in the United States we encourage you to
visit
http://www.ftc.gov/privacy/privacyinitiatives/childrens.html for
more information about COPPA and children's privacy.

Links and Files

COPPA Compliance
Information that is collected is never
released to the public or used for commercial purposes. Visitors under the
age of 13 must have parental permission to submit any personal information.
The
Information We Collect
Through
this site, Christ the Rock Fellowship collects two kinds of information:
general information and personal information. General information is not
specific to you and cannot be traced in any way to you. Such information
includes certain non-personal information from visitors to the site (such as
the time of day the site is accessed) and certain information in aggregate
form (such as statistics relating to the number and frequency of visitors).
Christ
the Rock Fellowship also uses the technology called "cookies", which
involves placing a small text file on your computer. The cookie assigns a
unique identifying number to your web browser. Cookies allow the CTRF site
to recognize your browser (but not otherwise identify you) and passively
track activities on the site. Data collected from CTRF cookies is general
data and used only in the aggregate; our cookies do not access, collect, or
reveal any personal information or other data stored on your computer.
Personal information is specific to you and includes such things as your
e-mail address, name, and mailing address. This type of information is
sometimes called "personally identifiable information." The only personal
information collected through the CTRF site is information you choose to
supply in response to a request or offer.
CTRF has
designed this site for parents and adult caregivers, not children. For that
reason, CTRF does not knowingly collect personal information from children
who may visit this site, and CTRF does not want to include any such
information in its customer databases. We recommend that parents monitor
their children's use of the Internet.
How
We Use the Information
CTRF
uses general information only in ways that do not identify you, the specific
user, which means that it is never linked to personal information. In order
to improve our site and to better serve you. We do not share or sell
information to others. However
CTRF
may disclose your personal information to Third Parties in the Event of
Legal Reasons: We advise you that we may disclose personal information to
