Dr. Patricia Ruthford
Apostle & Founding Pastor

Born in Toronto, Canada, Pastor Patricia is a unique, modern-day Esther who, with ultra-sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, has faithfully stood “in the gap” for the people of God over the past 55 years. She is an intercessor, protector, warrior and defender in the Lord. Her international apostolic anointing has led her into relationships with many political figures and church leaders. She has also established numerous churches and preached the Gospel through crusades held in nations including Europe, Africa, Central America, Latvia, Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Moldova, India and China.

During the 1970's, Pastor Patricia held evangelistic and healing meetings in churches throughout the United States and Canada. She was also on the pastoral staff of one of the largest charismatic churches in Southern California. In addition to establishing churches in California and Nevada, she founded the largest Spirit-filled church in Salt Lake City, Utah and led the well known Holy Spirit Conference in that State. In 1980, she and her late husband, Pastor Douglas Ruthford, founded Christ the Rock Fellowship Full Gospel International Ministries. She continues to be a strong leadership voice to the Body of Christ and especially to Christ the Rock Fellowship.

Pastor Patricia received her degree in ministry at Melodyland International Bible School in Anaheim, California and holds an Honorary Doctor of Ministry degree from Vision International University in Ramona, California. She also serves as the Missions Representative for the Northwest Region of The Full Gospel Fellowship; and as the President of Hope International School of the Bible, a ministry of Christ the Rock.

Dr. Jon & Judy Engstrom
Senior Pastors

Pastors Jon and Judy Engstrom have been ministering to the Body of Christ over the past 40 years and have served as the Senior Pastors of Christ the Rock Fellowship since 1999. They have also pastored churches in Utah and Texas and have participated in evangelistic crusades and conferences around the world to such places as the Philippines, Europe and Africa. They are dedicated to spreading the Gospel to their community and to the nations through leadership and discipleship.

Since 1993, they have operated Hope International School of the Bible out of Christ the Rock Fellowship. The accredited training provided through Hope has equipped many Bible students with the mentorship and knowledge necessary to minister effectively as pastors, evangelists and leaders. Pastors Jon and Judy have witnessed many miracles, not only in the lives of others, but in their own lives as well. Their desire is to see the Lord's miracle power bring in the harvest and to provide a dynamic church where people can rise to their full potential in Christ.

Pastor Jon received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Utah State University in 1970; a Master of Divinity degree in 1973; and a Doctor of Ministry degree in 1975--both from the Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
